SHIPPING RATES
• Flat-rate shipping: $6.95
• FREE shipping on orders of $75+

PROCESSING TIME
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During sales, new releases, holidays, or other high-volume times, please allow a little extra processing time.

CUSTOM & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, and pre-order items may have a longer turnaround time. Estimated turnaround times will be listed with the item whenever possible.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order/custom items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information at the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address and email address are correct before completing your order.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Coral & Lace Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the package reshipped.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are outside of our control. If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact us so we can help you determine the best next step.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available at checkout for our local customers! You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup notification before coming to the boutique.
